J-1 212(e) Waiver
The procedure consists in submitting a file to the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education through the Tunisian Embassy in Washington DC and once the Ministry approves
the request , then the Embassy sends to the US state department a diplomatic note of no objection . this procedure may take several months.
REQUIREMENTS:
A letter addressed to the minister of higher education explaining your academic background and the reason of your request.
The Commitment Form DULY FILLED OUT , Signed and NOTARIZED.
